I would love to move and maybe even go to college here but the thing is I was born and raised as an American from Michigan.How long does it take for an American to get adjusted to the Australian life style? Also big thing here i love my college and NFL football. (Broncos, Packers,Gators) Do they show American football on tv in Australia? Please comment back.?

Yes get a trailer and start driving ... don't forget your bath tube, which you can use as a boat (block the hole with milk cap or something).
BTW if you are traveling in Australia and do not know the area well, try this fr33 app: iiFind Lite (for iPhone). It helps you to find a route between your hotel/motel/hostel and destination find café/restaurant/petrol station or ATM along the route you are? traveling. Very handy app.

It's a beautiful ...
It's a beautiful place, though this is a biased opinion given I'm Australian, but I don't think you'll regret going if you did, each state has its own image, Queensland is warm and tropical, New South Wales has so much history and Darling Harbour is amazing at night, Victoria (what I've seen? of it) is very focused on art, it's quite stunning, why would you be afraid? :)
